Portfolio Book for Kiril Hristov

By using Indesign, I helped my school professor Kiril Hristov to put together a portfolio book with his selected artworks. This project took about 3 months to complete. We put 250 pages together, from choosing artworks, photoshop editing pictures, book layout, and book designs and font style and colors, page color selections, this project definitely took me to the tedious side of graphic design and book design. Then we used blurb to print out the book. It was quite a process, a lot of problem solving and troubleshooting, I am still learning so much about graphic design and it's definitely not easy, but I am so glad that this project is done and complete!

Jesus in the mountains with kids

I painted this painting: "Jesus in the Mountains with Kids" for Alpha Pregnancy Center in SF. It's a Christian Organization that helps women during their pregnancy and also after giving birth. But their biggest mission is to try to talk women out of abortion. It's a very sensitive topic but there are 1.21 million abortions every year in the States, and that is scary. The world is trying convince us that the fetus is only a "blah" not human yet, but in Jeremiah 1:5 says "before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.." God had already carefully selected our DNA, our genes, and our birth place and birth right and everything before we were even born! Most people worry about not being able to raise their kids financially, but when Jesus fed 5000 people in the mountains with 2 fish and 5 loaves of bread, His provision is supernatural. Just wanted this painting to remind people of God's love and He will provide no matter what. Kids are a blessing and they are so beautiful. Hope this painting can touch many women's heart.

Mural Art with Kids

I went to Bethel Church in Redding to attend a conference about creativity, and I also got to take part in painting a big mural art background on stage. It was such an awesome experience, I wanted to bring it back to SF to share it with my church and to work on something with the kids in our church. We turned a boring attic room into an aquarium. The kids are so talented and full of creativity, they inspire me the most in painting.

More Prophetic Paintings

2 more prophetic paintings that I have done this week:

Ingrid and her daughter Alexa taking on a quest to conquer the big giant mountain.

I lived in Japan for a year and the culture was very disciplined and systematic. I see Jesus wants us to have the same kind of discipline in our day to day life, in our faith, and in everything that we do. It's through discipline that we receive success.

KAERB AT SOUTHERN LIGHTS CONCERT

What a privilege to be able to have a vendor's booth at Southern Lights concert in SF. The crowd was awesome, great crowd and great vibe. What an awesome night, people were having so much fun trying on KAERB's stuff, thank you all for the support I am so happy thank you God, never could've made it without Jesus!

Custom Made Anime character Hiro Kun for Mark

My friend Mark's first T.I.A. Custom made apparel. He surely felt the love! Took me a whole week to draft patterns and sew the outfit but I enjoyed every part of it! Looking fly there Mark!

Prophetic Painting

I started a new journey walking more intimately with God, and it's been really awesome. Been getting a lot of visions and I thought I should start painting them down.

Time portal in San Francisco, 5.5" x 7"
Michael traveled through time and looked over San Francisco through an ancient cave. He is gathering God's people in San Francisco.

 Joining the Banquet, 5.5" x 7"
3 years ago God showed me a vision that I was eating dog food underneath a banquet table. He asked me why am I on the floor eating dog food when there is a seat in the banquet for me and plenty of food.

Taking a Walk in the Garden of Eden, 5.5" x 7"
I went for a walk in the Garden of Eden, I was able to walk on water and I saw a huge plesiosaurus swimming beneath my feet.

Warrior for Jesus 5.5" x 7"
God showed me that He has equipped me with all the tools that I need to go on this quest for Him, he showed me a large mountain and I started running towards that mountain in full speed. We all have our callings and purpose in life, but it's our choice how bad we want it.

KAERB SF BBOY COLLECTION LINE

It's been such a busy year since I moved back to San Francisco.
Had my fashion show for "KAERB" -a bboy inspired street wear, hand sewn and designed by me and collaborated with illustrator Bryan Williams on textiles. It was really fun and after that we had the chance to perform in other gigs including "Queendom" and also got to be part of the video shoot with MC Time and Mellow Man Ace. Photo shoot with famous SF Powell street performer/popper Animation. This is what I have been working on and I'm having so much fun doing what I love! God is good!
